The Intentional Kitchen is founded on the premise that every meal should be a delicious, satisfying, and nutritious connection to our health, our family and friends, and our community.

There is increasing awareness that the food we eat today has a direct effect on our health and well-being tomorrow.

At the same time, we are bombarded with marketing messages and poorly conceived-and-executed health and nutrition studies telling us one thing, only to tell us the exact opposite “truth” at a later date.

No wonder there is so much confusion out there!

Why cook? 

Preparing and cooking what you eat is the best way - and the only way - you can really know what you’re eating.

Great meals don’t need to be fussy or complicated, and cooking is not rocket science.
